Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University<\/a><span>\u00a0for 2016,\u00a0<\/span><span>a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/experts\/studartr\">Brookings Institution<\/a>,<span>\u00a0and a\u00a0professor at\u00a0the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ie.ufrj.br\/\">Institute of Economics of the Federal University<\/a><span> of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (IE-UFRJ). Representing his native Brazil, he has\u00a0served as the Executive and Alternate Director to the World Bank Group.
