If you feel that our services did not meet your expectations or if you have general feedback to share, we encourage you to reach out. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement, implement positive changes, and enhance the quality of care we offer.<\/p>\n<h3>Individuals may communicate feedback in any of the following ways:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Submitting FSAO feedback through the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/fsao\/feedback-form\/\"><strong>Feedback form<\/strong><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Submission can be anonymous.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Telling an FSAO employee, who will then relay the feedback to the FSAO Director.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Calling FSAO at 617-353-5381.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"4\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Sending an email to fsao<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">@bu.edu<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. To discuss personal behavioral health or medical information, please send an email securely by using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ssl.datamotion.com\/\">Datamotion<\/a>. Please note, this method is not anonymous, as it will be associated with a name and email address.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h3>FSAO\u2019s responsibility when feedback is received<\/h3>\n<p>If follow up is requested, the submitter will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days. An FSAO staff member will follow up with the individual within 10 business days regarding next steps.<span>\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We also may contact the individual for additional information to ensure we fully understand the concerns.
