Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills for the workplace and beyond
This workshop will focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies to manage the stress of these times. CBT focuses on the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions and behaviors. CBT strategies include questioning fearful thoughts, slowly trying out new or different activities, and using your senses to ground yourself in the present. Join us the explore ways to incorporate these strategies to support your resilience.

Pause to stretch and practice self-care. These 30 minute sessions include guided meditation, gentle movement and light stretching. Best practiced on a hard chair (folding chair or any chair without arms is preferable) and a non-slip mat or surface. Please bring a strap (scarf, tie, belt). No prior experience is needed.
