Yesnowitz, this 264 page publication comes in two editions &#8211; paper &amp; cloth &#8211; and can be purchased <a href=\"http:\/\/www.press.uillinois.edu\/books\/catalog\/47grz3nt9780252038877.html\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.\u00a0The warehouse at University of Illinois Press (UIP) has already started shipping orders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>George White Jr.<\/strong>, author of <strong>Holding the Line: Race, Racism, and American Foreign Policy toward Africa, 1953\u20131961<\/strong>, describes the book as one that\u00a0<em>&#8220;sheds light on understudied but timely phenomena at the intersection of race and U.S. foreign relations and does so in new and exciting ways. Expands the chronological and thematic scopes of existing works, making it truly original.
