Developed in 1989 by Programs in Food & Wine Founding Director Rebecca Alssid along with legendary chefs Julia Child and Jacques Pépin, the semester-long, hands-on Culinary Arts program is taught by working chefs and food industry professionals, exposing students to classic French techniques and international cuisines.

This star-studded evening will include a walk-around reception featuring signature cocktails and select wines, provided as you graze from “Chef’s Tables” featuring hors d’oeuvres prepared by BU’s Culinary Arts chef–instructors and “Best of Boston” chefs. Following the reception will be a four-course dinner prepared by celebrity chefs with wine pairings, along with a live auction featuring unique culinary experiences. The evening will wind down with digestifs accompanied by a selection of desserts prepared by some of Boston’s best pastry chefs and BU Culinary Arts students.

All funds raised for this event go directly to the Jacques Pépin Legacy Fund and Boston University’s Food & Wine 30th Anniversary Fund.
