As a personal trainer, I strive to help clients achieve their goals by meeting them where they are and moving step by step towards the desired result. My passion is the biomechanics of the human body. I believe it\u2019s essential to assess the movements first and it will help to create an efficient and safe program for any type of training. Fifteen years of playing experience as a professional soccer player gave me a unique perspective on the challenges that athletes face and a dedication to helping others on the way to their success.<\/p>\n
