Training Philosophy\/About Me:
\nAs a personal trainer, I believe it is my responsibility to create a welcoming environment for my clients as well as to help them progress towards goals that they feel good about. I want my clients to feel confident in what they are doing, so making sure they have the necessary tools to continue their fitness journey beyond personal training is a top priority of mine. Getting people passionate about their fitness is a truly fulfilling experience and I hope to be able to do so with all of my clients, regardless of their skill level.<\/p>\n

\nStrength training, bodybuilding and sports specific training.
