Try wall push-ups to help improve your posture. Rick DiScipio,\u00a0Assistant Manager of Fitness at FitRec, demonstrates proper form on this exercise in the video below.<\/p>\n<p>1) Place your feet together.<br \/>\n2) Stretch your arms out in front of you, about shoulder width apart.<br \/>\n3) Keep your chest high.<br \/>\n4) Bend the elbows and lower your nose to the wall. Keep your elbows out. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement.<br \/>\n5) Return to start position.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain a straight back and neck during this exercise.
