Topics include bandaging, splinting, and wound care. Those who pass a written and practical exam will receive a two-year First Aid certification.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Basic CPR<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nThis course trains students in the lifesaving skills used in respiratory and cardiac emergencies. CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) for adults, children, and infants is covered in lectures and then reinforced through practice. Those who pass a written and practical exam will receive certification in Layperson CPR for two years.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Healthcare Provider CPR<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nStudents learn cardiopulmonary CPR for adults, children, and infants, as well as more advanced techniques for special rescue situations related to the healthcare industry. Students who complete course requirements will receive a two-year certification in Healthcare Provider CPR.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">CPR &amp; First Aid Instructor<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nThis class certifies individuals to teach Adult, Child, and Infant CPR with AED, as well as Basic First Aid.
