Mind / Body

Our noncredit yoga classes are a great way to unwind after a long, stressful day. Whether you are looking for a gentler style of yoga or a more vigorous practice, Boston University has the right class for you. All of our Mind/ Body classes offer techniques that can be used at home long after the class is over.

Get a Spring Yoga Boost with classes starting in April!  Would you like to extend your yoga practice once your current class is over?  Would you like to try a yoga class for the first time, but aren’t sure if you want to commit to an entire semester?  One of the short classes below is a great option. To register, just click on the class name in the listings below.

  • Yoga for Fac/Staff:  4-wk class - Fridays 1-2pm, April 18 – May 9

  • Power Yoga: 3-wk class - Tuesdays 6-7pm, April 22 – May 6
