Refund Policy

Classes

Full refunds will be given to participants for a class that is cancelled and to those who withdraw from a class with a minimum of 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date unless otherwise noted on select course descriptions. No refunds will be given to participants who withdraw from courses within 6 days of or after the scheduled start date except for documented medical conditions.

Single & Multi-Class Cards

No refunds will be given to participants after the first full week of classes except for documented medical conditions.

Monthly Membership

No refunds are given on monthly memberships.  Please cancel by the 25^th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

Masters Swimming and FitRec Swim School Monthly Tuition

No refunds are given for monthly tuition payments. Please cancel by the 21^st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
