If you can’t visit us in-person, FitRec yoga instructor Rachael has you covered. Follow along as she leads you through a series of leg lifts and demonstrates a few variations. You can do this anywhere at home or even outside – all you need is a little space! Try adding some weight for an extra challenge. Don’t forget to engage the core and focus on controlled movements!
