Menino Scholarship<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This prestigious four-year full-tuition scholarship is offered each year to 20 \u2013 25 students nominated by their high school principal or guidance counselor. Established in 1973 as the &#8220;Boston High School Scholars&#8221; program, the Thomas M. Menino Scholarship has become one of the largest scholarship programs for urban high schools in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/finaid\/how-aid-works\/types-of-aid\/scholarships-grants\/need-based\/bu-community-leaders-scholarship\/\">BU Community Leaders Scholarship<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduates of Boston public high schools who gain admission to BU, as first-year or transfer students, have their full demonstrated financial need met without loans through the BU Community Leaders Scholarship program. Of this innovative program, Thomas Menino, Mayor of the City of Boston said, \u201cBoston University has taken the next step of making an education affordable to all qualified Boston public school students.
