On physical exam, you find the following:

Pulse - 140
Blood Pressure - 180/150
Respiratory rate - 24
Focused physical findings
Looks sweaty, Thin appearing and nervous
Cardiac exam - tachycardia, no murmurs
Abdomen - non-tender
Extremities - no edema
