Its staff of licensed behavioral health provide assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to help resolve a range of personal and work-related challenges. The FSAO also offers programs and resources to promote mental well-being and resilience such as anonymous online mental health screenings and the meditation app, Headspace.\u00a0 FSAO services are confidential and available at no charge to BU faculty, staff, and their immediate family members.
