Mentoring

Mentoring is a key part of faculty development. BU Faculty Development will equip faculty at all stages with mentor/mentee training and provide space to connect fellow faculty for training, advice, and career guidance.

Consultation & Coaching

The BU Faculty Development Team brings a wealth of experience in the field. The team encourages faculty to schedule meetings with the staff for consultation and coaching.

Workshops

Throughout the year, BU Faculty Development will host workshops on a variety of topics ranging from scholarship, networking, promotion, and more.
