Additionally, they:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide valuable feedback and insights to shape programs, policies, and strategic planning related to teaching and learning.<\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration across disciplines and promote the sharing of effective practices.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate the goals and initiatives of the Institute to their schools\/colleges, departments, and faculty.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify emerging needs and opportunities in pedagogy, instructional technology, and faculty development.<\/li>\n<li>Act as champions for innovation, equity, and evidence-informed teaching approaches within their academic communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This group ensures that the work of the Institute is informed by faculty perspectives and is aligned with the evolving needs of both instructors
