A very big thank you for our mentors for being an integral part of Emerging Women Leaders.

Kelly Cho, PhD, MPH, is the Clinical Director of Data Science and Analytics at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Her skillsets include, population health research, big data analytics, clinical research, deep learning, epidemiology, genomics and phonemics. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School for over 10 years. Dr. Cho earned her MPH and Ph.D. from Boston University.
Kayla Laserson, ScD, SM, FASTMH, is the Director for the Global Health Center (GHC) where she leads CDC’s global efforts to protect and improve health through science, policy, partnership, and evidence-based public health action. Dr. Laserson has worked extensively in Mexico, Brazil, Kenya, Russia, Latvia, Vietnam, and India and has published over 100 peer‐reviewed articles. She has received her Bachelor’s from Harvard College and her Doctorate of Science from Harvard School of Public Health in infectious disease epidemiology.
Danielle Lawrence‐Campbell,DrPH, MPH, President/Co‐Owner at L&G Research and Evaluation Consulting, has worked as an evaluation research consultant in New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia for more than ten years. She serves as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University where she has taught such courses as health promotion, program planning, and social marketing. Dr. Lawrence‐Campbell earned a MPH in Epidemiology from Yale University in 2002, and subsequently her DrPH in Community Health Sciences from Boston University.
Irini Albanti, DrPH, MPH, MA, is the Executive Director at Harvard Humanitarian Initiative (HHI), a Lecturer in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Lecturer of Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Albanti holds a Doctor of Public Health (Boston University), Master of Public Health (Columbia University), Master of Arts in Communication (University of Miami), and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (American College of Thessaloniki).
