In her remarks, <\/span>Schwarzer described how the war is challenging Europe and changing international power dynamics and outlined some of the internal changes Europe must take to better respond to external threats.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"yt-core-attributed-string yt-core-attributed-string--white-space-pre-wrap\" role=\"text\">Prof. Dr. Daniela Schwarzer is also Executive Director for the Open Society Foundations Europe and Central Asia. Prior to joining the Open Society, she was director and CEO of the German Council on Foreign Relations.
