Dimitrios V. Skiadas is Professor of European Governance and Jean Monnet Chair at the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Macedonia. His areas of expertise include European Union Law, Public Law, Budgetary Law, and Project Management.

Moderated by Kaija Schilde, Associate Professor of International Relations and Director of the Center for the Study of Europe in the Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University and Jean Monnet Chair in European Security and Defense.
