Event Highlights: Feeding Allies: Wheat and Inter-Allied Institutions During the Great War
On Wednesday, September 22, the Center for the Study of Europe held its first event of the semester, a virtual lecture by our Political Science colleague Rosella Cappella Zielinski. Rosella is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Clements Center for National Security at UT Austin and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Krulak Center for Innovation & Future Warfare at Marine Corps University.
Prof. Capella Zielinski’s lecture—Feeding Allies: Wheat and Inter-Allied Institutions During the Great War—was based on a current book project (with Paul Poast) exploring how wartime coalition members coordinate supply, the institutions set up to facilitate coordination, and the legacies of these institutions once the war ends.
