Please report all network problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Reporting a Problem to NetHelp<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:eso-nethelp@bu.edu\">ESO-NetHelp@bu.edu<\/a> or call the NetHelp line at x3-7328.<\/li>\n<li>Provide your full name, phone number, department, room number, and network user ID.<\/li>\n<li>OnBase Users &#8211; Include &#8220;<strong>OnBase<\/strong>&#8221; as part of the e-mail subject to ensure the ticket is  routed to the appropriate support staff.<\/li>\n<li>Describe the problem as completely as you can and include any error messages you may have received or screen shots.<\/li>\n<li>If the issue is one which your DSA typically services (i.e. resetting passwords or unlocking accounts), you will be referred to him or her for initial support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>NetHelp Service Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"nethelp-service-agreement\" target=\"_self\">NetHelp Service Agreement<\/a> establishes an understanding between ESO and the departments within Enrollment and Student Affairs on the level of support provided by our Help Desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contact NetHelp via e-mail at ESO-NetHelp@bu.edu or the NetHelp line at x3-7328 for general help desk support and problem reporting for the Enrollment and Student Affairs network.
