If your DSA is unavailable, you can contact the NetHelp line at x3-7328 for assistance. Please also note that your account does release itself after a 30 minute lockout duration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IS&amp;T (Mainframe)<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you enter your UIS password incorrectly three times while trying to login to the mainframe and suspend your account, your <a href=\"..\/..\/dsa-dt\/ist-dsa-lisitng\" target=\"_self\">IS&amp;T DSA<\/a> can unsuspend it for you. If your IS&amp;T DSA is unavailable, please contact the UIS Information Security line at x3-9004 for assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kerberos<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have a undetermined problem with your Kerberos password, please contact your network DSA to help you with resolving the issue with Information Systems &amp; Technology.
