  1. On the File<\/strong> menu, point to New<\/strong>, and then click Distribution List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Name<\/strong> box, type the name of the distribution list.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Select Members<\/strong> to add users from your address book.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Show names from the list<\/strong>, click the address book that contains the e-mail addresses you want in your distribution list.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Type Name or Select from List<\/strong> box, begin typing a name you want to include. When the name appears in the list below, select the name, and then click Members<\/strong>. (You can also highlight names). Do this for each person you want to add to the distribution list, then click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. To add users that are not in your address book, click on the Add New<\/strong> button. Type in the person\u2019s name in the Display Name<\/strong> field and his\/her e-mail address in the E-mail Address<\/strong> field. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. If you want to add a longer description of the distribution list, click the Notes tab, and enter it there.<\/li>\n
  8. Click on the Save & Close<\/strong> button to create the distribution list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The distribution list is saved in your Contacts<\/strong> folder by the name you give it.<\/p>\n

    You can also create a distribution list by copying names from an e-mail message:<\/p>\n

    1. Open the e-mail you want to copy the names from and select the names in the To<\/strong> or Cc<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n
    2. On the Edit<\/strong> menu, click Copy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. On the File<\/strong> menu, point to New<\/strong>, and then click Distribution List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. In the Name<\/strong> box, type a name for the distribution list.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Select Members<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. In the Add to distribution list: Members-><\/strong> field, right-click, and then choose Paste<\/strong> and then OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
