This also includes the periodic review of that authorization.<\/p>\n<p>The Data Trustee must submit written requests to the Network Administrator when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the department\u2019s need to store or access Confidential or Restricted Use data<\/li>\n<li>Respond to requests for access to departmental data.
