The user\u2019s BU Login Name and Kerberos password are required. If the e-mail address is not displayed, it must still be entered into the profile and saved.<\/li>\n<li>The DSA then asks the user to test the account\u2019s ability to receive mail from outside BU by sending a message from an e-mail account\u00a0 such as Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, or Yahoo!.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESO Network Support staff notifies the DSA or Data Trustee when a new account has been mail-enabled.
