You can track attendance, participation, and registration through usage and meeting reports only through the Web App Reports.<\/p>\n

Usage (Attendance\/Participation)<\/h4>
<\/a><\/p>\n

Usage reports display information for meetings that ended at least 30 minutes ago<\/em> including\u00a0a list of participants allowing you to track the online attendance of your meetings. Follow the instructions below to\u00a0Export a list of Attendees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note that if you’d like to track “Attentiveness”<\/strong> you will need to toggle-on\u00a0“Attention tracking”<\/strong> in the Web App Settings.<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Select “Reports<\/strong>“<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand navigation menu, then “Usage”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The new page will show a list of meeting reports. From the “<\/strong>Participants”\u00a0<\/strong>column click the numbered link of participants\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. The new window will list the participants of the selected meeting. Click\u00a0“Export”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. In the “Save As” enter a desired\u00a0“File name:”<\/strong> then click\u00a0“Save”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Meeting (Registration)<\/h4>
    <\/a><\/p>\n

    Meeting reports\u00a0display who has registered for the meeting. Follow the instructions below to\u00a0Export a list of Registrants.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Note that you must schedule the meeting in the Web App\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0in order to track meeting registration.<\/p>\n

    1. Select “Reports<\/strong>“<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand navigation menu, then “Meeting”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Select the Meeting(s) you’d like to generate a report on. Then click\u00a0“Generate”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. This will take you to the “Report Queue”<\/strong>. Once the report has completed “Processing” click\u00a0“Download”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. In the “Save As” enter a desired\u00a0“File name:”<\/strong> then click\u00a0“Save”\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
