Zoom is configured to use your BU username and Kerberos password to sign in. You can sign in via the web, desktop, and mobile applications with the following instructions.<\/p>\n

Windows\/macOS Desktop Application<\/h4>

  1. Launch the Desktop Application and click “Sign In<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. On the right-hand-side of the new window click “Sign in with SSO<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the Company Domain:\u00a0bostonu\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. This will redirect to a browser BU login where you can enter your BU username<\/strong> and Kerberos password\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. You may get a pop-up to open the Zoom app, Click “Open Zoom<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Launch the App and click “Sign In<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. On the middle of the new window click “SSO<\/strong>” under the other Sign In options\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the Company Domain:\u00a0bostonu\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. This will redirect to a browser BU login where you can enter your BU username<\/strong> and Kerberos password\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
