My research at Berkeley Lab focuses on developing metal-supported solid oxide fuel\/electrolyzer cells, which can be ultimately used in applications such as fuel cell vehicles, intermittent energy leveling, and high temperature water splitting.<\/p>\n<p>During my PhD research in the Division of Materials Science &amp; Engineering at BU, I conducted research on understanding degradation mechanisms of solid oxide fuel cells electrodes and suggesting mitigation strategies of cell degradation.
