Kleber<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The annual BU Technology Development Ignition Awards are intended to help bridge the gap between academic research and societal impact, offering financial support and mentorship to help university researchers bring their technology to the public market. This year, one such award has been given to <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ciphersoniclabs.idestinytechlab.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CipherSonic Labs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a start-up founded by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/eng\/profile\/ajay-joshi\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professor Ajay Joshi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and BU ECE Research Scientist and graduate Rashmi Agrawal (PhD\u201923).
