As Assistant Director of Communications Emily coordinates digital marketing strategy for the college, and leads an ENG strategy group focused on skill sharing, innovation, and professional development.
Emily previously spent eight years at the BU College of Fine Arts, where she managed digital media and art direction for the college. Before coming to BU, Emily worked in digital arts and historic preservation for a variety of startups and nonprofits.

Outside of CFA, Emily is a voracious collector of Zanesville pottery, an embroiderer of celebrity portraits, nascent dressmaker, and is currently writing a novel about Elektro, the Westinghouse spokesrobot. She is co-founder and co-curator of the Centre for Miniature Studies, along with College of Fine Arts colleague Logen Zimmerman.
