They should not hurt.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">The Neck<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<li>Glide the head back as far as it will go, keeping head and ears level. Hold. Now glide the head forward. Hold.<\/li>\n<li>Tilt your ear towards your shoulder. Hold. Now repeat on the other side.<\/li>\n<li>Turn your body to the left and grasp the armrest or the back of your chair. Rotate your head to the left. Hold. Now repeat to the other side.<\/li>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">The Upper Back<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<li>Push one arm up toward the ceiling with the hand stretched out. Hold. Repeat with the other arm.<\/li>\n<li>Place hands at shoulder height, palms forward, elbows down. Try to touch your elbows behind your back. Hold.<\/li>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">The Wrists<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<li>Place palms together, point fingers toward ceiling. Keeping palms together, try to push the heels of the hands toward the floor. Hold.<\/li>\n<li>Place palms together, point fingers toward floor. Hold.  Stretch your fingers as far as you can. Hold.<\/li>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">The Lower Back<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<li>Move forward slightly in the chair and place hands on the edges of the chair.
