The company has gone from zero to $1 Billion in the past 10 years and it\u2019s incredibly innovative with a strong values-based culture. Their head of Leadership Development, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/smgcorp.bu.edu\/research\/edrt\/uploads\/Kristina_Brunelle_Vistaprint_Bio_2013.pdf?DID=731&amp;Filename=Kristina_Brunelle_Vistaprint_Bio_2013.pdf\">Kristina Brunelle<\/a><\/strong>, is a good friend of EDRT who has done a great job at building a very effective leadership development organization to help support and fuel Vistaprint\u2019s growth. Now, in the Spring of 2013, Ms. Brunelle was invited to come and talk to the undergraduates students of OB221 about how all this \u201cOB stuff\u201d really matters. Professor McCarthy and Ms. Brunelle collaborated and wrote a mini case for the class that was sent out to students as a pre-read. Ms. Brunelle brought 3 members of her Leadership Development team to class, including the woman who heads up the leadership work at their huge call center and support operations in Montego Bay, Jamaica. It was incredible.
