Elias Ilin<\/b> is a PhD candidate in economics at Boston University. Elias’ current research lies at the intersection of labor economics and public finance and covers variety of topics such as tax policy, unemployment insurance and economic mobility. He received a BS in economics from University of London and a BS in economics from Higher School of Economics. Elias is currently working as a Research Associate at the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
