The book divides the world into six regions: South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Europe. and analyzes the characteristics of regional water resources utilization and water conflicts from the interdisciplinary perspective of water resources, economics, public governance and international relations. The purpose is to reveal the causes from the aspects of society, economy, culture and history, analyze the performance and problems of the existing coordination mechanism, and finally propose an optimization scheme to solve the problem.<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u5168\u7403\u8de8\u5883\u6c34\u51b2\u7a81\u4e0e\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u300b<\/p>\n<p>\u5f20\u7ffc\u98de<\/p>\n<p>\u6d59\u6c5f\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u5b66\uff0c\u6d59\u6c5f\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff0c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u9662<\/p>\n<p>\u683c\u81f4\u51fa\u7248\u793e\uff0c2020.12<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u4e66\u4e8e2020<span>\u5e74\u7531\u683c\u81f4\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u51fa\u7248\uff0c\u5728<\/span>2021<span>\u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u7b2c<\/span>21<span>\u5c4a\u54f2\u5b66\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\u4f18\u79c0\u6210\u679c\u5956\u4e8c\u7b49\u5956\u3002\u672c\u4e66\u5728\u5bf9\u4eba\u7c7b\u6c34\u6587\u5316\u5386\u53f2\u56de\u6eaf\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u7acb\u8db3\u5df2\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u56fd\u9645\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u5730\u7406\u5206\u5e03\u3001\u5f62\u6210\u539f\u56e0\u548c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff08\u635f\u5bb3\uff09\u3002\u5c06\u5168\u7403\u5206\u4e3a\u5357\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u4e1c\u3001\u5317\u975e\u3001\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u4e9a\u4e0e\u6b27\u6d32\u7b49\u516d\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u4ece\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5b66\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u3001\u516c\u5171\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u89c6\u89d2\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u533a\u57df\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u4e0e\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u5176\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u6587\u5316\u53ca\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u8bf1\u81f4\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5bf9\u73b0\u6709\u534f\u8c03\u673a\u5236\u7684\u7ee9\u6548\u548c\u95ee\u9898\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u63d0\u51fa\u89e3\u51b3\u673a\u5236\u7684\u4f18\u5316\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u6709\u522b\u4e8e\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u5730\u7f18\u653f\u6cbb\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\u73b0\u6709\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u6c34\u6587\u5b66\u53ca\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u3001\u751f\u6001\u5b66\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u5173\u7cfb\u7b49\u7406\u8bba\uff0c\u4ece\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u7980\u8d4b\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u3001\u5730\u7f18\u653f\u6cbb\u7b49\u7efc\u5408\u89c6\u89d2\u5bf9\u8de8\u5883\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u6839\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4ece\u5168\u7403\u65f6\u7a7a\u4e0a\u518d\u73b0\u4e86\u8de8\u5883\u6d41\u57df\u7684\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u4e0e\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u6781\u5927\u5730\u62d3\u5c55\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u6c34\u6587\u5b66\u53ca\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u6587\u5316\u3001\u6c11\u65cf\u4e3b\u4e49\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u4e0e\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u591a\u5b66\u79d1\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u4e0e\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u521b\u65b0\u6027\u63d0\u51fa\u7ecf\u6d4e-<span>\u79d1\u6280<\/span>&#8211;<span>\u8d44\u6e90<\/span>&#8211;<span>\u653f\u6cbb\u7b49\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u4e3a\u786e\u4fdd\u5168\u7403\u6d41\u57df\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u63d0\u4f9b\u56fd\u9645\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research on International Cross-border Water Conflict and Solutions Gezhi Press &amp;
