Let&#8217;s make sense of what he said on Tuesday &#8212; what changes does he intend to make, what are his thoughts on the economy and the war on terror? \u00a0If he does what he says, will we see actual change? \u00a0Did the President lay out a new vision for America and what&#8217;s your opinion of it?
