Of course the numbers are there, but I also like how the numbers come alive through stories &#8212; stories about the people, especially students, of Boston University. \u00a0Can&#8217;t wait to see how BU steps it up on this next year. \u00a0Take a look and let me know what you think. \u00a0Do you see yourself or anyone you know?<\/p>\n<p>Our times call for us to promote understanding of each other on large-scale, global levels &#8211; \u00a0in 2009, I hope I can contribute more to how we appreciate ourselves. \u00a0Next year, I also hope to play\u00a0a lot\u00a0more basketball. \u00a0My sincere wish for you in the new year comes from a card. \u00a0Here is the best greeting my family received during this holiday season:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px\">May you always be blessed with laughter to cheer you, those you love near you, and have all that your heart may desire.<\/p>\n<p>All the best in 2009.
