Into the Abyss explores the terrible effects of a set of pointless murders in a small Texas town and features interviews with the murderers, their friends and families, and the families of their victims; it vividly--at times painfully-- illustrates why questions of capital punishment are so complex. This screening is in conjunction with Werner Herzog's residency at BU, March 25-26.
