This year we'll be featuring popular "Food Holidays" throughout the semester. During these days if you go in the D-Hall you'll find the featured item being served as an entree or a side item, or maybe in a salad who knows. The important thing is that it will taste delish! So two weeks ago we celebrated Maine Potato Lovers Day but we forgot to include Sweet Potatoes on that list! Sorry folks, we've corrected it and on February 22nd at the Big 3 Dining Halls you can taste some delicious Sweet Potato Tater Tots.
