Maine Potato Lovers Day

We partner with a local Maine company Penobscot McCrum to get our French Fries for campus. They make the best tasting french fry you'll taste and if that isn't great enough they are all locally grown in New England. We want to show you what Penobscot McCrum has to offer so on February 8th we're having a Maine Potato Lovers Day Party! Local Farmers and Chefs will be on hand talking about the "Farm Fry" and creating demos for the students in the Dining Halls. We encourage you to make this event and learn how we help lower our Carbon Footprint but also, just how delicious Maine Potatoes are!
