THREE BLESSED BROTHERS - BU New Play Initiative

  • Starts: 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 13, 2013
THREE BLESSED BROTHERS, a BU New Play Initiative workshop presented in collaboration with Free Hands Puppet Theatre. Play and Music by Phil Berman; Sarah C. Martin, director. Running October 11-13, 2013. When three brothers ride to adventure beneath the full moon, they think they deserve to have it all. Blessed as they are by the whispers of nature, they couldn’t have guessed their newborn recklessness would upend the spiritual balance of the earth. Bursting with lyrical storytelling, original folk music, and a hidden menagerie of transformative puppets, THREE BLESSED BROTHERS brings audiences of all ages on a spectacular journey through Lakota folklore to re-discover our truest blessing: to live in harmony as brothers. ** Recommended for theatregoers aged 5 and up. ** Estimated run time: 45 minutes. No reservations necessary for this free event.
