\"\"If you are interested in what you can do to help, there are many ways to take action. For suggestions on how to best to respond to anti-trans legislation, check out this short piece by Chase Strangio and Raquel Willis: Visibility Alone Will Not Keep Transgender Youth Safe<\/a> (or watch them discuss this in more depth here<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Their basic takeaways:<\/p>\n

  3. Invest<\/a> in organizations and organizers on the front lines<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Strangio and Willis created a website (see links above) around these principles for this year\u2019s Trans Week of Visibility, which has passed. However, they include information about organizing coordinated responses to anti-trans legislation that can be of use at any time. Also consider checking out their required reading section here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
