To strengthen and clarify this new reporting structure, BU Diversity &amp; Inclusion (BU D&amp;I)\u00a0 has created the <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.silkroad.com\/epostings\/index.cfm?fuseaction=app.jobinfo&amp;jobid=309874&amp;company_id=15509&amp;version=1&amp;source=ONLINE&amp;JobOwner=1018173&amp;startflag=1\">BU D&amp;I Director of Educational Programming Initiatives (DEPI) position<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The new DEPI consolidates the former BU D&amp;I Director of Programs and BU D&amp;I Director of Learning and Training positions. One of the goals of this restructuring is to better integrate the vision and purpose of BU D&amp;I&#8217;s programming and training offerings. Under the new DEPI, there will be a new team of staff who will carry out the strategic educational programming vision of D&amp;I which includes programming and training. In addition to BU D&amp;I hiring additional staff to strategize, conceptualize, and lead ongoing DEI trainings and programming on campus, Organizational Development &amp; Learning (OD&amp;L) will also hire a new staff person in the future who will work closely with the newly formed BU D&amp;I Educational Programming team.
