September 27, 2021 \u2014<\/strong> Boston University Diversity & Inclusion (BU D&I)\u202fseeks\u202fa\u202fmotivated, organized, and reliable\u00a0Learning and Training\u00a0– Facilitation\u00a0Fellow\u202fto join the\u202fteam\u202fin this inaugural role.\u202fThe Fellow\u202fmust be a current BU\u00a0graduate,\u202for professional student from any degree program.\u202fWith mentorship and guidance from the\u202fBU D&I\u202fLearning and Training Director and BU D&I L&T Specialist,\u202fthe successful candidate\u202fwill\u202fprimarily\u00a0manage and\u00a0facilitate\u00a0training sessions\u00a0and workshops for the BU’s audience, including staff, faculty, and students.\u00a0Because this\u00a0position\u202fis new, we will also look to the\u00a0Fellow\u202fto\u202fassist in guiding the development of the program\u202ffor\u202fthe\u202ffuture. The BU\u202fD&I Learning & Training Facilitation Fellow will\u202fgain\u202ffirst-hand\u202fexperience in assessing learning needs, researching, designing and managing training materials, and facilitating dialogues for equity, inclusion, and justice. The Fellow will also gain experience working\u202fclosely\u202fwith the Director of Learning and Training, the Learning and Training Specialist, and\u202fa\u202fteam of D&I-focused professionals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The position will start as soon as possible in\u00a0fall\u00a02021 and will continue throughout the 2021-2022 academic year.\u00a0Remote work flexibility\u00a0will be\u00a0available\u00a0after January 2022.\u202fThe BU D&I\u00a0Learning and Training Facilitation\u00a0Fellowship Program\u202fposition\u202foffers $20\/hour for\u202f13\u00a0hours per week.\u202fA consistent work schedule\u202fis preferred, but hours\u202fand compensation are flexible.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
