They provide free and confidential support, problem-solving, or coaching to address your work or personal challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/thecenter\/\">LGBTQIA+ Center Faculty &amp; Staff<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span>Boston University\u2019s LGBTQIA+ Center for Faculty &amp; Staff serves all Boston University campuses. The center engages the BU community to foster a sense of belonging and connectedness for LGBTQIA+ faculty and staff; increase the visibility of LGBTQIA+ resources, research, and scholarship; celebrate the contributions of the diverse LGBTQIA+ community at BU; and improve recruitment and retention of LGBTQIA+ faculty and staff in the development of an inclusive and equitable workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/odl\/\">Organizational Development &amp; Learning<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Organizational Development &amp; Learning (ODL) promotes thriving<b>\u00a0<\/b><span>by nurturing the talents and abilities of staff &amp; faculty to realize their potential and harness their collective strengths.
