We offer individualized consultations, workshops, seminars, and institutes designed to promote critical reflection and experimentation in teaching, including the purposeful use of technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/fafc\/\">Faculty Assembly\/Faculty Council<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span>The Faculty Assembly is the representative body of faculty who are of professorial rank (excluding adjunct, visiting, emeritus) or lecturer or instructor rank, with at least half time appointment.\u00a0<\/span><span><\/span><span>The Faculty Assembly meets at least twice during the academic year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Faculty Council is the representative body of the Faculty Assembly at Boston University.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>The Faculty Council members are members of the Faculty Assembly who are elected to represent their individual school or college, either as a representative or as an alternate.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Each school or college is responsible for holding its own election for representatives and alternates.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/fsao\/\">Faculty &amp; Staff Assistance Office<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The Faculty &amp; Staff Assistance Office<span>\u00a0(FSAO) is a resource where you or your immediate family members can find help.
