The Inclusive Leaders Program is a <\/span>training <\/span>series<\/span> <\/span>for BU leaders<\/span> <\/span>seeking to<\/span> develop <\/span>inclusive, <\/span>equity-based <\/span>practices for<\/span> <\/span>their <\/span>teams <\/span>and workplace <\/span>community.<\/span> The program follows a cohort-based model, with<\/span> <\/span>12 hours of <\/span>training over <\/span>two <\/span>six<\/span>-hour sessions<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n Through intensive group work and co-created learning, participants will: <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n T<\/span>o enroll in the program, managers must meet the following criteria:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Participation in Inclusive Leaders is limited to 27 participants. Registrations are accepted on a rolling, first-come-first-serve basis.
