What is the Knight’s Quest? Established in 1988, the Knight’s Quest is a BU tradition having been conquered by more than 2,000 students, faculty, staff and alumni. To become a BU Knight you must drink 50 types of beer; you are limited to 2 beers a day and no more than 2 drinks per hour. You must be 21 years old to begin.
