“Local… sustainable… responsible sources.”

Our sustainability program in the Dining Halls is about local, sustainable and responsible sourcing, why can’t we do this with the beer we serve at Fuller’s BU Pub? The answer is we do.  Fuller’s BU Pub has over 60 Beers on tap or bottles/cans but we only consider 10 of them to fall into our “Hyper Local Craft” category.  What we consider to be a “Hyper Local Craft” is when a Beer or Cider is brewed locally and also uses ingredients grown, made, or harvested in New England.

Stop in to Fuller’s to try one of our hyper-local beers and ciders from neighboring breweries.  Take a look at our “Hyper Local Craft” list below to see if one of your favorite brews is served at Fuller’s BU Pub. Look out for the green leaf symbol at the Pub when ordering a local, sustainably made brew. *this list will change from time to time so check back every so often.
