Predoctoral Signout<\/b><\/h5>\n

After you have received all other signatures, you will need to email the GSDM Office of the Registrar at\u00a0sdmreg@bu.edu<\/a> from your BU email to complete the signout process. Your sign out completion date and program duration determine your official graduation date.<\/p>\n

Doctor of Dental Medicine 4-Year Program Signout Dates & Deadlines<\/strong><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
April 1<\/td>\nDMD sign out process begins.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
May 14<\/td>\nDeadline to complete all required signatures to receive a May 17, 2026 diploma (May 17 is your graduation date).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
June 25<\/td>\nDeadline to complete all required signatures to receive a June 30, 2026 diploma (June 30 is your graduation date).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
August 14<\/td>\nDeadline to complete all required signatures to receive an August 25, 2026 diploma (Aug 25 is your graduation date).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
August 17<\/td>\nStudents who have not completed sign out are enrolled for the Fall 2026 term and assessed tuition and fees.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
December 14<\/td>\nDeadline to complete all required signatures to receive a January 15, 2027 diploma\/certificate (Jan 15, 2027 is your graduation date).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

July 29<\/td>\nFirst date that students may complete the sign out process and request a letter of program completion from the Office of the Registrar.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
August 14<\/td>\nDeadline to complete all required signatures to receive an August 25, 2026 diploma (Aug 25 is your graduation date).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Accessing and Monitoring Your Signout Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will signout using\u00a0GSDM Student Performance System<\/a>\u00a0(SPS). To request signout, you will need to contact the relevant faculty and staff. Please note that some faculty have already pre-signed your competency.<\/p>\n

To monitor the progress of your signout, you will need to use your \u201cKerberos\u201d account (the same user name and password used to access your BU email) to gain access to the system.<\/p>\n
